When leasing from McCall Brown, you will have direct communication with ownership-management, and when something needs repair, same deal. We will respond to inquiries and requests almost always within 24 hours. If repair is required, that is usually next day.

This has been a wonderful place to call home. The location is within walking distance of good bus lines, lots of places to eat and socialize, and is less than a 5 minute walk to Safeway. The apartments themselves are spacious, bright, freshly painted, and very pleasant to live in.
...the neighborhood is fantastic. Restaurants, bars, entertainment, New Seasons, all within easy walking distance. Instead of a faceless management company, I talk to the owner when I need anything. And whenever my apartment has needed attention, they’ve taken care of it immediately. The unit is great, the grounds are well-maintained, and the neighbors are polite, friendly, and quiet. I really couldn’t ask for more.
Starting with an inviting courtyard, Arnold Court’s well-maintained apartments and amenities (including car and bike parking and personal storage) provide a great balance of privacy, friendly neighbors, and a responsive management team. I feel safe and at home in my space, with easy access to groceries and all of the activities, restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and retail that SE Belmont and Hawthorne have to offer.
The place is situated in a quiet hamlet on a hilltop, where one can hear a variety of songbirds, spot the occasional raccoon, pet a roaming house cat, and yet we're close to everything — grocery stores, banks, restaurants, bars, music venues, movie theaters, and pretty much anything a self-respecting urbanite could need or want.
