How long is a lease?  

1 year.

What happens when the lease expires?  

Agreement goes month to month.

Do you allow smoking?  

Not on the property, only on the public sidewalk.

How long does it take to get my security deposit refund?  

2-3 weeks.

What should I do if I have a complaint with a neighbor?

Step one:  Knock on their door, introduce yourself, and as kindly as possible, let them know what you are experiencing.  This will work 99.9% of the time.  Step two:  Report to Management.

 

BASIC RESIDENT GUIDELINES

• Respect your neighbors

• Keep your music and noise at a respectful minimum

• Respect the apartment property

• Keep common areas clean

• Keep your unit safe 

• Smoking permitted off site only

• Pay rent on time

• Carry $10,000 renter's insurance policy

 

MOVE OUT DETAILS

• Give management 30 day notice.

• Tell management the exact last day you will be using the unit (when you know for sure).

• Clean toilet, oven, and tub the best you can.

• Do not fill any holes in the wall left from picture/ art hanging.

• Tell management of any maintenance issues they should be aware of.
