2-3 weeks.
What should I do if I have a complaint with a neighbor?
Step one: Knock on their door, introduce yourself, and as kindly as possible, let them know what you are experiencing. This will work 99.9% of the time. Step two: Report to Management.

Carry $10,000 renter's insurance policy
MOVE OUT DETAILS

Give management 30 day notice.

Tell management the exact last day you will be using the unit (when you know for sure).

Clean toilet, oven, and tub the best you can.

Do not fill any holes in the wall left from picture/ art hanging.

Tell management of any maintenance issues they should be aware of.
